Week 4: Unsettling Street Lights

I took this picture a few nights after the lecture in which we discussed the different kind of streetlights. I was walking and noticed that the street lights near my house are the kind of amber that make the color of cars indistinguishable. This made me feel a little freaked out...but it was also cool to realize it. I also think the way the light falls on the side walk in the middle distance of this picture is nice.

  1. These are high pressure sodium, not low (the bug light) so they give more of the color spectrum, thus showing more detail but not as much as the white one (metal halide)
