Week #6

As I was driving I saw the sun reflected in my rear view mirror. At first I didn’t think anything of it, but as I kept looking back I noticed how striking and piercing the color and light was. I feel like there is something about when the sun is setting that makes it warm but also super bright. This picture doesn’t fully capture that aspect, but I think it accurately displays the coloring of the sun at sunset. The warm orange and yellow combining together to create a golden coloring on whatever it touches. I think that this light makes me feel almost cozy because of the warmth. Lastly, whenever I see this type of color I always think of how beautiful pictures look at this time. Everything has the golden touch and no matter what people being photographed have an angelic look to them.
